Peaches and Cream French Toast

Ingredients:

• 1 cup milk
• 3 tbsps. sugar
• pinch of cinnamon
• 2 pcs eggs
• 8-10 pcs loaf bread
• 1/2 tsp unsalted butter
• 1 can Jolly Peach Halves
• whipped cream
• pancake syrup

Procedure:

1. In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except loaf bread slices.
2. On a low fire, heat skillet and spread 1/2 tsp of butter until melted. Dip bread slices to milk mixture and coat evenly. Place coated bread to skillet and cook and turn it until both sides are toasted or golden brown.
3. Transfer on a serving plate and drizzle pancake syrup. Dollop whipped cream on the side or on top of French toast and put peach slices on top of whipped cream. Serves 4-5.
