  1. The “Ace Market Kitchen Essentials” Raffle Promo will start on Sept 27 and will end on Dec 27, 2021.
  2. Only eligible Ace Market customers with a minimum purchase of Php 2,500.00 are qualified to join the raffle.
  3. There will be a total of Six (6) major winners and Forty Five (45) minor prize winners and Sixty Five (65) consolation prizes.
  4. All required information from the participants such as addresses and other contact details will be based on their delivery purchase information.
  5. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the collection by CLE Ace Corporation of your information in order for you to be notified of the raffle game mechanics. You also agree to the use and disclosure by CLE Corporation of your personal information to facilitate your participation in the raffle.   6. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer-generated raffle entry. Participant may only win a maximum of once per week.

  8. Winners will be electronically picked using an online third-party platform. CLE Ace Corporation reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winning raffle entry.
  9. In case of any dispute on the chosen winners, CLE Ace Corporation/organizers will be the final arbiter in all decision regarding the selection & announcement of winners. The promo organizer’s decision with regard to the Raffle Promo winners and prizes, with the concurrence of FDA, is final.
  10. To be eligible for the raffle draw, participants must not fall under the following criteria:
    • Minors below 18 years old, or of age but incapacitated; or
    • All employees of CLE Ace Corporation and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity; or,
    • Foreign citizen or residents outside of GMA.
  11. Prizes are non-transferable and tax free.
  12. Winners will be notified via email and will receive a call from the Ace Market Customer Service Team. To claim the prize, winners must email an electronic copy of (1) valid unexpired government-issued ID and photo. The submitted documents will be verified by the organizers. The prize will be delivered to the registered address only after proper verification.
  13. By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of CLE Ace Corporation relating to the raffle draw.
  14. By accepting the prize, the participants / winners agree to hold CLE Ace Corporation and the promo organizers free and harmless from any and all losses, injuries, damages, costs and liabilities caused by, arising from, or in connection with their participation in the raffle game or from their acceptance and/or use of the prize.
  15. Acceptance by the winner of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional compensation or need of any other consent. List and photos of winners with the prize will be posted on Ace Market website and / or brand or Ace Market Facebook page.
  16. Dates, Mechanics, prizes and other details relating to this raffle may be changed at any time, subject to the sole discretion of the organizers.

We have a Php 1,500 order requirement per transaction.

After you complete the checkout process, a confirmation receipt will appear on your screen reflecting the email address you used when you ordered.

All items are available unless "OUT OF STOCK" is indicated on the item (seen in the sample below). In the event that items become unavailable after you place your order, we will email a refund option or provide you with an alternative availability date.

Check out orders that have not been paid within seven (7) days will automatically be cancelled in the system.

For credit card payments, please expect to receive your order within one (1) business day. Orders placed using other payment options would need two (2) working days depending on your delivery address. Please see the delivery schedule here.*Link to delivery schedule page)*

For example, you want your orders to be delivered to Alabang on a Saturday. If you are paying via credit card, you may check out before 12:00NN on Friday. If you are paying via bank transfer, please ensure payment before 12:00NN of Thursday. Make sure you send proof of payment via messenger or email indicating your order number.

Actual delivery schedule may vary depending on the volume of orders received. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us through the Messenger Button found in this site or you may send us an email at [email protected] immediately to confirm the status of your order.

Upon delivery, please counter check it with your order confirmation email. If the items your received are incomplete, please email us the following details: order number, missing items and units. You may reject damaged products upon delivery and we will redeliver the items within one to two (1-2) business days.
To check the status of your delivery, chat or email us your ACEFS number and we will be glad to help you out.

Payment

We accept payments through the following options:

Delivery & Shipping

We deliver anywhere in Metro Manila. Below is our delivery schedule:

We have a free delivery promo for the whole month of November for P5,000 purchases and up. Regular delivery charges are as follows:

  • Php 99 for orders Php5,000 and above
  • PhP199 for orders below Php 5,000.00
The shipping address used in your previous transaction will be saved into your account by default. When you are checking out your orders, the default shipping address will be displayed. Note that changing of delivery address is only applicable before checking out; once you check-out you can no longer edit it.

Delivery lead time for areas with daily delivery schedule are as follows:

  • One (1) business day for Debit & Credit card payments
  • Two (2) business days for other payment options.

Our delivery service is available from Monday - Saturday with one to two (1-2) business days lead time upon confirmation of paid orders within the 12:00NN cut-off.

Orders to be placed on Fridays before 12:00NN will be scheduled for delivery on Tuesdays. Orders made on weekends (Friday 12:01PM onwards, Saturdays and Sundays) will be considered Monday orders, thus, schedule of delivery will be on Wednesdays.
